An award-winning entertainer, she has developed expertise both behind the scenes as well as in front of an audience. |
Ms. Revel creates a fun, effervescent and synergistic atmosphere that consistently exceeds client expectations. She has a distinguished record of accomplishment, including:
• 1989 - Established and managed the Special Events Department for PRA (formerly Patti Roscoe & Associates, Inc.), San Diego's leading Destination Management Company.
• 1990 – Co-founded and served as President (1990-93) of the San Diego Chapter of the International Special Events Society (ISES)
• March 1994 - Revel Productions opened its doors, offering exceptional coordination and management of special events.
• 1999 - Began teaching "Best Practices in Event Management" at the University of San Diego for the George Washington University Event Management Certificate Program.
• 2000 - Became the first recipient of the CSEP (Certified Special Event Professional) in San Diego.
• 2002 - Received the coveted "Educator of the Year Award" for teaching "Best Practices in Event Management".
• 2004 – Featured speaker at “The Special Event” conference, Las Vegas, NV
• 2005 – Featured speaker at “The Special Event” conference, Miami Beach, FL
• 2006 – Featured speaker at “The Special Event” conference, Dallas, TX
Today, as president of Revel Productions, she remains on the forefront of the latest trends in the industry. She has expanded RP to include consulting and training workshops/seminars, and continues to develop standards of excellence in the event management industry with other top professionals.
